No party may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement <br />without the consent of the other parties. <br /> <br />9. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the <br />laws of the State of Oregon. <br /> <br />10. Standard Contract Provisions. McKenzie-Willamette shall comply with the applicable <br />provisions of the City's standard contract provisions as set out in Exhibit D. <br /> <br />11. Severability and Waivers. If any part of this Agreement is not enforceable, the rest of the <br />Agreement may be enforced. <br /> <br />12. Amendment.
