The <br /> height above ground, power input and output, t'requeney output, type of antenna, antenna <br /> gain, topography of the site and its sun'oundings are all taken into account to create these <br /> simulations. I$ Monitoring protocol: ~he resting protocol adopted by the Board, which is to be <br />used to monitor the emissions fl-oU'l existing and new personal wireless communication <br />~cilities. A copy of the monitoring protocol shall bc on file with the Building Inspector. <br />7.8.2.16 Monopole: A single self-supporting vertical pole with no guy wire anchors, <br />usually consisting o~' a galvanized or other painted metal, or a wooden pole with below <br />grade foundations. <br /> <br />7,8,2.17 Personal wireless communication setwices: Commercial mobile services, <br />unlicensed wireless services, and conunon can-ier wireless exchange services, These <br />services include (bu~ arc not limited re): cellular services, personal con'mmnication <br />services (PCS)., specialized mobile radio services and paging services. <br /> <br />7.8,2.]8 Per,¥onal wireless communication facility: All equipment (including any <br />repeaters, micro-cells or other similar technology) with which a personal wireless <br />communication service provider broadcasts and receives the radio-frequency waves that <br />carry their services and all locations of said equipment or any part thereof, <br /> <br />7,8.2,19 Personal wireless communication service provider: An entity licensed by the <br />Federal Comnunication Commission (FCC) to provide personal wireless communication <br />services to individuals or institutions. <br /> <br /> 66 <br /> <br /> <br />
