In <br />addition to the approval criteria at EC 9.8865 Zone Change Approval Criteria, the S-HK Historic <br />Kaufman House Special Area Zone applies only to the parcel of land located at 996 Jefferson <br />Street, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17-03-31-24, Tax Lot 9200, as described on the <br />attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> (c) S-HK Historic Kaufman House Soecial Area Zone Land Use and Permit <br />Requirements.
