(b) S-HK Historic Kaufman House Soecial Area Zone Sitine Requirements. In addition to the approval criteria at EC 9.8865 Zone Change Approval Criteria, the S-HK Historic Kaufman House Special Area Zone applies only to the parcel of land located at 996 Jefferson Street, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17-03-31-24, Tax Lot 9200, as described on the attached Exhibit B. (c) S-HK Historic Kaufman House Soecial Area Zone Land Use and Permit Requirements. The following Table S-HK Historic Kaufman House Special Area Zone Uses and Permit Requirements, identifies uses in the S-HK zone that are: (P) Permitted, subject to zone verification.
