Section 2. Subsection (4) of Section 9.8865 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by <br />adding a new subparagraph "(p)" thereto, to provide: <br /> <br />9.8865 Zone Chance Aooroval Criteria. Approval of a zone change application, including <br /> the designation of an overlay zone, shall not be approved unless it meets all of the <br /> following criteria: <br /> <br /> (4) The proposed zone change is consistent with the applicable siting requirements <br /> set out for the specific zone in: <br /> <br /> (p) An uncodified ordinance establishing a site specific S-H Historic Special <br /> Area Zone, a copy of which is maintained at the city's planning and <br /> development department. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Eugene Zoning Map is amended to rezone the property located at 996 <br />Jefferson Street, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17-03-31-24, Tax Lot 9200 from its existing <br />R-2/R-3 zone to S-HK Historic Kaufman House Special Area Zone, as described on the attached <br />Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The findings attached as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by reference are <br />adopted in support of this action. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
