ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53-15-11 <br />of the <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene <br />REPEAL OF THE OUTDOOR VENDING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY <br />LICENSE FEE ESTABLISHED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53- <br />94-06-F. <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Pursuant to Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971 (EC), on August 12, 1994, <br />Administrative Order No. 53-94-06-F was issued establishing the Outdoor Vending on Private <br />Property License fee. In addition, EC 3.356, which was in effect at the time the Order was <br />issued, also authorized establishment of the fee. <br />B. On December 8, 1997, Ordinance No. 20102 was adopted repealing EC 3.350, <br />3.352, 3.354, 3.356, 3.358, 3.360, 3.362 and 3.364 (the City's Outdoor Vending on Private <br />Property Code provisions) due to Ballot Measure 50 budget reductions. Passage of that <br />Ordinance rendered Administrative Order No. 53-94-06-F moot, however, the Order has not <br />been repealed. As a maintenance matter, the Order should be repealed. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that Administrative Order No. 53-94-06-F is <br />repealed as of the effective date of this Order. <br />Dated and effective this /S'day of S.n,n-le„_��►,� 2015. <br />Jon R.
