Ms. Taylor said she would support discussion of the proposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Pap6 commented that because the program was established for a particular purpose and the revenue <br />could be isolated it needed to be held accountable and all revenues used to support the program and no <br />others. <br /> <br />Mr. Meisner stated he would support the motion and the new council should look carefully at program <br />revenues and how they were expended. <br /> <br /> The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Dennis M.
