Consolidated Plan it shall be submitted to the U S Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development <br /> <br /> Section 3 The City's Housing Policy Board shall report to the City Council in <br />five years of the effective date of this Resolution to give an account of the impact of the <br />repeal of the 1996 Housing Dispersal Policy <br /> <br /> Section 4. Section 2 of this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its adoption This Resolution in its entirety, including the repeal of Resolution No 4477 <br />and the 1996 Housing Dispersal Policy adopted therein, shall become effective upon the <br />date the City Council approves the Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community <br />Development Needs containing the housing dispersal policies as directed in Section 2 of <br />this Resolution <br /> <br /> The foregoing Resolution considered the 10th day of January, 2005. <br /> <br /> FAILED <br /> <br /> /s/Mary H.
