That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. U. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1232, approved February 5, 2004, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 19, 2004: Tax Lots 1400, 1500, 1600 and 1700, Assessor's Map 16-04-35- 30, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, south of Beacon Drive, west of River Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit U attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1244, approved October 7, 2004, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 22, 2004: Tax Lot 201, Assessor's Map 17-04-03-11, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, at the corner of Carthage Avenue and Hyacinth Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit V attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1.
