2. The attached Public Improvement Design Standards Manual (dated February, <br />2016), is adopted. <br />3. To the extent that any Appendix is not a separately adopted administrative order, <br />City policy, or other governmental regulation, that Appendix is hereby adopted for purposes of the <br />Public Improvement Design Standards Manual. <br />4. The Appendices that consist of separately adopted administrative rules, City <br />policies, or other governmental regulation, are those in effect at the time of adoption of this order. <br />In the event any of these Appendices are amended or no longer continue to be in effect, the City <br />Recorder will be requested to replace an Appendix attached to the original of this Order with the <br />amended rule or policy or affix a notation thereon that a particular Appendix is no longer in effect, <br />without the necessity of amending this Order. <br />5.
