SECTION 3 - CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS / DRAFTING STANDARDS <br />3.00 INTRODUCTION <br />All plans for public improvements shall comply with the following drafting standards and the <br />notes, symbols, line and lettering requirements in Appendix K. Final plans shall also comply <br />with the "As -Construct Requirements" in Section 5. <br />3.01 ALL PAGES <br />Every page of the plan set shall include the following information: <br />A. Title Block <br />1. Project Name <br />a. For subdivisions, use the subdivision name, followed by the types of <br />improvements (e.g., "Flower Place: Streets, Stormwater, and <br />Wastewater"). <br />b. For other projects, use the subject street name or the nearest parallel <br />street, and define the limits of the work between intersecting streets <br />(e.g., "Mill from 5th to 8th Ave: Wastewater"). <br />(See Project Naming Standards in Appendix K for additional information.) <br />2. City Project Number <br />3. Date (month and year that the drawing was made) <br />4. Designed By (last name of designer) <br />5. Drawn By (last name of drafter) <br />6. Checked By (last name of proofreader) <br />B. Professional Stamp and signature by the Professional Engineer licensed in the State of <br />Oregon having responsibility for the design as required by Oregon Law. <br />C. North Arrow (oriented to the top or to the right of the page) and Scale (including bar scale <br />horizontal and vertical) <br />D. Street Names <br />E. Right -of -Way and Paving Widths <br />Public Improvement Design Standards Manual, 2016 Page 3-1 <br />
