Jennifer Bills, <br />Eugene Police Department. <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mike Clark, James Garcia, Ibrahim Hamide, Misa Kawai Joo, Jeremiah Megowan, Neil <br />Van Steenbergen, commissioners. <br /> <br /> <br />I. COMMISSION ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br /> A. Police Commission <br /> <br /> b. Liaison <br /> <br />Mr. Rikhoff reported that Mr. Massengill had decided to step down as Police Commission Liaison and a <br />replacement was being sought. He said that Ms. Otten and Ms. Adeylott had expressed interest. <br /> <br />Ms. Adeylott encouraged the appointment of Ms. Otten. <br /> <br />Ms. Otten indicated that she had spoken to Ms. Hyatt about the logistics of the position and attending <br />meetings. She clarified that she would not be attending all Police Commission subcommittee meetings. <br /> <br />Ms. Adeylott, seconded by Mr. Massengill, moved to appoint Ms. Otten as the HRC <br />Liaison to the Police Commission. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Urbina thanked Mr. Massengill for his work on behalf of the HRC. <br /> <br /> <br />
