APPLICATION PROCESS <br /> <br />A copy of the Property Tax Exemption Standards and Guidelines is attached. Section <br />R-2.945-H explains the application review process once it is received. <br /> <br />PLEASE ATTACH THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />1. A schematic drawing, drawn to a minimum scale of one inch equals 16 feet, which <br />shows the site plan and major features and dimensions of the proposed development <br />and includes a side and front elevation of the proposed development. <br /> <br />2. A written statement which pinpoints the location of the proposed development and <br />includes the number, size, and type of dwelling units; dimensions of structures; public <br />and private access; parking and circulation plans; landscaping uses; and a description of <br />public benefit(s) which the applicant proposes to include in this project. See the section <br />Public Benefits. <br />entitled <br /> <br />3. Application Fee: An application fee of $300 must be submitted at the time of application. <br />“CITY OF EUGENE.” <br />Checks may be made payable to <br /> <br />4. Electronic submissions: In addition to the required paper copy, an electronic copy of the <br />application, including photos and drawings is encouraged.
