<br />Section 8 Effective Date. <br /> . This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />after its enactment by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. Subject to applicable <br />federal, state and local law, Grantee must accept the provisions of this Ordinance and <br />agree to be bound thereby.
