<br /> <br />De Novo Hearings: Public Hearing process similar to Eugene’s Type III. Mailed notice, <br />typically to a 250’ radius 20 days prior to the public hearing, and one posted notice. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Following deliberation, staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend <br />adoption of the attached ordinance amending Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code.
