Their recommendation encourages <br />creation of a Neighborhood Sustainability Plan that addresses components of the environment (planning <br />for Willamette River, etc.), economy (neighborhood economic sustainability) and social factors (quality of <br />life, etc.). Planning Division staff will now begin working with the CAC members to design the next phase <br />of the project and the steps needed to move toward a citizen-empowered public process.
