<br />for the Operation of a Cable Communications System; Amending Ordinance 19775; Adopting a
<br />Severability Clause; and Providing an Effective Date

<br />Councilor Ortiz, seconded by Councilor Pryor, moved that the City Council adopt Council
<br />Bill 4958, an ordinance granting Comcast of Oregon II, Inc., an additional term and fran-
<br />chise renewal.
<br />
<br />Councilor Taylor said she would support the motion, but would do so “reluctantly.” She did not feel this
<br />ordinance was in the best interest of the consumer.
