Mr. Zelenka requested that staff provide the council with options on making the local standards less <br />subjective and more objective, and asked for more detail about how the City knew when projects would not <br />be built without MUPTE. <br /> <br />Mayor Piercy said that one could forgive taxes or pay taxes to achieve a purpose.
