The county <br />may confer with the Secretary of State on the proper <br />application of this rule. <br /> <br />See page 24 for signature and distribution <br />requirements. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The candidate files the completed nominating <br />petition with the city elections official consisting of <br />both of the following: <br /> <br />-+ new Filing of Candidacy for Nonpartisan <br />Nomination (SEL 120) check-marked "Filing of <br />Candidacy by Completed Petition."
