be added to the City’s pavement management system inventory and in the future will be identified for <br />capital maintenance preservation. <br /> <br />The operation and maintenance of the significant new inventory of landscaped medians, traffic circles <br />and water quality swales will require additional labor, equipment, and materials for the Parks and Open <br />Space Division of Public Works. The annual estimated cost for the increase in labor, equipment and <br />materials is $45,000. An Enhanced Results Service Offer will be prepared for the FY10 budget for this <br />additional annual operation and maintenance cost. <br /> <br />
