When you come to the <br />podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, <br />your ward if known; you will have three minutes to comment. There are lights <br />on the podium; the yellow light indicates you have 15 seconds to complete your <br />comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor: <br /> Closes the public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />4.ACTION: <br /> An Ordinance Concerning Motor Vehicle Fuel Dealer’s Business License <br /> Tax and Amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 20337 <br /> <br /> City Council President: <br />I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4963, <br /> an ordinance concerning motor vehicle fuel dealer’s business license tax. <br /> <br /> Roll Call Vote <br /> <br />The Mayor announces that the City Council will move to the McNutt Room for an executive <br />session. <br /> <br /> <br />5.EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) <br /> <br /> Mayor: <br />The Eugene City Council will now meet in Executive Session to <br /> negotiate real property transactions. The Executive Session is held pursuant to <br /> <br /> ORS 192.660(2)(e). <br /> <br /> Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to <br /> attend the executive session. All other members of the audience are asked to <br /> leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed <br /> not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to <br /> state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision <br /> may be made in executive session.
