GloryBee Foods Enterprise Zone Boundary Amendment Request City Council President: I move to approve Resolution No. 4925 authorizing the City Manager to make application to the State of Oregon to amend the boundaries of the West Eugene Enterprise Zone. WORK SESSION: Tax Levy for Funding of Pavement Capital Preservation Projects City Council President: I move todirect the City Manager to bring a resolution placing an $81 million GO bond measure on the May 2008 ballot, consistent with the proposed project list included as Attachment A. Roll Call Vote 6:30 p.m.* C. ACTION: An Ordinance Concerning Motor Vehicle Fuel Dealer’s Business License Tax and Amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 20337 City Council President: I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4963, an ordinance concerning motor vehicle fuel dealer’s business license tax. Roll Call Vote 7:00 p.m.* D. EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) Mayor: The Eugene City Council will now meet in Executive Session to negotiate real property transactions. The Executive Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e). Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision may be made in executive session.
