2.987 of this code. <br />(2) <br /> The city recorder shall give public notice of the proclamation by release <br />to the media or by posting a copy thereof at the city hall. <br />(3) <br /> The proclamation shall be [filed] retained with the measure in the office <br />of the city recorder. <br /> <br />2.98[6] Elections - Initiative and Referendum, Effective Date of Measure <br />7.
