<br />Mr. Belcher asked if a public hearing before the City Council had been scheduled. Ms. <br />O'Donnell replied that it had not been scheduled at this point. <br /> <br />In response to a question from Mr. Hledik, Mr. Nystrom affirmed that the commissioners could <br />email questions to staff.
