Residential Lan'd Use and Housing Element <br /> <br />Table 5 shows that the amendment will remove 7.3 acres of land from Low Density Residential <br />supply and add it to the supply of Commercial land and remove 1.3 acres of land from the <br />Commercial land supply and add it to the supply of Medium Density Residential land. A net loss of <br />6.0 acres of residential land occurs, however, the supply of higher density land increases. In <br />addition, the refinement plan amendment will remove 1.3 acres of land from commercial <br />designation ?lnd add 1.3 acres to the Medililll Density Residential designation. The proposed zone <br />change will remove 1.3 acres ofland from Low Density Residential (R-I) and add it to Medium <br />Density Residential (R-2) supply.
