The Rivers to Ridges JHetropolitan Regional Open Space Study does not show the site on the "Metropolitan Regional Parks and Open Space Study Vision Map." The Eugene Parkr;, Recreation and Open Space Project and Priority Plan does not indicate the site as an existing or proposed facility on the "River Road/Santa Clara Area Existing and Proposed Parks, Recreation and Open Space Resources Map" and does not list the site or any related project on "Table 1: Proposed Projects & Priorities for Parks, Open Space and Recreational Facilities." Cone/usion: Changing the plan diagram designation of this site does not affect a recreation area, facility or opportunity inventoried and designated by the acknowledged plan to meet the City's recreational needs. The City of Eugene is not required to apply Goal 8 when considering the consistency of the proposal and can find that the plan amendment is consistent with Statewide Planning Goal 8.
