Traffic counts are based on typical weekday 24 hour counts. The counts \-vere taken bet\veen <br />4:00 and 6:00 PM on typical weekdays. Results of the counts indicate that the evening peak hour <br />occurred fro111 5:00 to 6:00 PM. The PM peak hour is commonly evaluated as the design hourhy <br />transportation professionals, and was the only peak hour identified in the Agency Scope.
