River Road! Irving Road / Hunsaker Lane <br />.:. River Road! Site Access <br />.:. River Road / Green Lane <br />.:. Hunsaker LaneiSite Access <br />.:. Green Lane/Site Access <br /> <br />The amount of traffic expected to be routed to any state owned facilities was considered to be \vithin <br />typical day-to-day fluctuations, and therefore found to be insignificant. <br /> <br />The Ri.ver Road / Irving Road / Hunsaker Lane intersection is CUlTently a fully actuated signalized <br />.,' <br />intersection. There is pennissive left-turn phasing for the east and west approaches; and <br />protected!pemlissive left-tul11 phasing for the nOlihbound and southbound approaches, <br />The River Road / Green Lane intersection is tv;ro-way stop controlled. <br /> <br />All site accesses are assumed to be hvo-\vay stop controlled.
