<br />As indicated previously in Table 7, the mobility standard is currently exceeded at the River
<br />Road/Hunsaker Lane/Irving Road intersection, and is projected to be further degraded as a result of the
<br />proposed development. Similarly, the Green Lane/River Road intersection is projected to operate at LOS
<br />'F' \\'ith or 'vvithout the proposed development. A traffic signal was considered at the Green Lane
<br />intersection, and due to proximity to adjacent signalized intersections, would likely degrade the capacity
<br />of River Road n01ih-south movements. Therefore, it is recommended the developer constmct an
<br />additional westbound approach lane at each of these facilities to offset these impacts. The Mitigated
<br />intersection perfoffilance tor the two impacted intersections is shown in the fol1(}wing table:
