Similarly, the Green Lane/River Road intersection is projected to operate at LOS <br />'F' \\'ith or 'vvithout the proposed development. A traffic signal was considered at the Green Lane <br />intersection, and due to proximity to adjacent signalized intersections, would likely degrade the capacity <br />of River Road n01ih-south movements. Therefore, it is recommended the developer constmct an <br />additional westbound approach lane at each of these facilities to offset these impacts.
