Hledik said one of the reports indicated that the failures on Dillard Road were <br />due to the embankment failure consisting of manmade structural fill that the road <br />sat on ef-the-rather than based upon the underlying geologic formation. <br /> <br />Mr. Lawless, seconded by Mr. Carroll, moved that the March 5, 6, <br />and 12, 2007 minutes be approved as submitted, and that the <br />February 26 and march 19, 2007 minutes be approved as corrected. <br />The motion passed unanimously, 6:0. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF OPPORTUNITY SITING/INFILL TASK TEAMS <br /> <br />Ms. Harding distributed a handout listing the proposed task teams for the Opportunity - <br />Siting and 1n1ill Compatibility Standards and the meeting schedules for which she was <br />asking approval of the Commission.
