<br />Section 31. The following territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of
<br />Eugene effective November 19, 2007, by Final Order No. 1321 of the Lane County Local
<br />Government Boundary Commission approved on October 4, 2007, is withdrawn from the Santa
<br />Clara Water District, effective July 1, 2008:

<br />Tax Lot 2800, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-13, located in the Santa Clara region of
<br />north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Ferndale
<br />Drive, south of Lobella Avenue, and east of Columbine Street, and more
<br />particularly described on the attached Exhibit 31 and incorporated herein by

<br />Section 32. The following territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of
<br />Eugene effective November 19, 2007, by Final Order No. 1322 of the Lane County Local

<br />effective July 1, 2008:

<br />Clara region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, east of River Road, north of

<br />particularly described on the attached Exhibit 33 and incorporated herein by
