<br />SITUATED in Lane County; State of Oregon in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24 in Township
<br />17 South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian and described as follows:

<br />BEING a portion of Lot 2, Block 1 and a portion of Lot 1, Block 3 of the "Newsman's Tract" as
<br />platted and recorded in Book 12 at page 5 in the Plat Records of Lane County, State of Oregon
<br />together with adjoining unplatted land lying southerly of said Lot 2, Block 1 and westerly of
<br />said Lot 1, Block 3, the perimeter of which lands is more particularly described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at tbe point of intersection of (1) the east margin of River Road (a lOO.OO-foot
<br />wide right-of-way) as said margin was established in the conveyance to Lane County that was
<br />recorded in Reel R 1584 at Reception Number 8932020 in the Official Records of Lane County,
<br />State of Oregon with (2) the north line of Lot 2, Block I of said "Newman's Tract"; said POINT
<br />OF BEGINNING lying on the current city limits line of the City of Eugene; THENCE, leaving'
<br />said POINT OF BEGINNlNG, said east margin of River Road and said city limits line, east
<br />160.94 feet, more or less, along the north line of said Lot 2, Block 1 to the northeast comer of
<br />said 10l; THENCE, along the east line of said Lot 2, Block 1, south 100.35 feet, more or less, to
<br />the southeast corner of said lot; THENCE, along the south line of Lot 4, Block 1 of said
<br />"Newman's Tract", east 151.35 feet, more or less, to a point of the west margin of Loretta Way (a
<br />40.()()..foot wide right-of-way) as said right-of-way is shown on said plat of "Newman's Tract";
<br />THENCE, along said west margin, south 40.00 fee~ more or less, to the northwest comer of Lot 1,
<br />Block 3 of said "Newman' s Tract" and soutb margin of said Loretta Way; TIIENCE, along said
<br />south margin of Loretta Way and north line of said Lot 1, Block 3, east 10.00 feet, more or less,
<br />to a point that lies on a line that is offset 10.00 feet easterly by perpendicular measurement from the
<br />west line of said Lot I, Block 3; THENCE, along said offset line, south 110 feet. more or less, to a
<br />point on the south line of said Lot 1, Block 3; THENCE, along said south line of Lot I, Block 3
<br />and its westerly prolongation, west 35.60 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of the lands
<br />that are described in that certain Memorandum that was recorded December 19, 1983 in Reel
<br />1276R at Reception Number 8347508 in the Official Records of Lane County, State of Oregon;
<br />THENCE, along the east and south lines of last said lands, south 69.00 feet and west 190.27 feet,
<br />more or less, returning to a point on the aforesaid east margin of River Road and city limits line
<br />of the City of Eugene; and THENCE, along said east margin of ~iver Road and city limits line,
<br />North 16048' West 333.59 feet, more or less, RETURNING to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
