Direct the Citizen Review Board, with Human Resource staff assistance, to develop <br />recommendations to Council for a comprehensive annual evaluation process. <br />B. Direct the Council President, or a subcommittee of the council, along with two representatives from <br />the Citizen Review Board, with Human Resource staff assistance, to develop recommendations for a <br />comprehensive annual evaluation process. <br />C.
