<br />a)Recognize receipt of a $691,000 BEDI Grant from HUD and send grant proceeds to the Urban
<br />Renewal Agency to purchase downtown properties authorized by the Urban Renewal Agency
<br />Board on February 27, 2008.
<br />b)Recognize receipt of a HUD 108 loan in the amount of $2,731,000 and send proceeds to the Urban
<br />Renewal Agency for the purchase of downtown properties authorized by the Urban Renewal Board
<br />on February 27, 2008.
<br />c)Recognize $640,000 in revenue from the Urban Renewal Agency to establish a debt service
<br />reserve and increase Planning & Development's expenditure appropriation by $40,000 for HUD
<br />and bank fees connected with the HUD 108 loan.
