NOTICE OF HEARING

<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: On Monday, February 28, 2005, at 7:30 p.m., Pacific
<br />Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, a heating will be held to hear
<br />objections, if any there be, to the withdrawal of the following described territories contained in
<br />the special districts as noted and heretofore annexed to the City of Eugene:
