Criteria, the S-HJM Historic Johansen-Moody House Special Area Zone applies only to the <br />parcel of land located at 370 River Road, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17-04-25-21, Tax Lot <br />7404, as shown on the attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> (c) S-HJM Historic Johansen-Moody House Special Area Zone Land Use and <br />Permit Requirements. The following Table S-HJM Historic Johansen-Moody House Special <br />Area Zone Uses and Permit Requirements, identifies uses in the S-HJM zone that are: <br /> <br />(P) <br />(C) <br />(S) <br /> <br />Permitted, subject to zone verification. <br />Subject to an approved conditional use permit. <br />Permitted subject to zone verification and the Special Development Standards for <br />Certain Uses beginning at EC 9.5000. <br /> <br /> S-HJM Historic Johansen-Moody House Special Area Zone Uses and Permit <br /> Requirements <br /> S-HJM <br /> <br /> Accessory Uses.
