Roll Call Vote 4.ACTION: An Ordinance Amending the Eugene-Springfield Metro Plan; Amending the River Road-Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan Land Use Diagram and Text; Amending the Eugene Zoning Map, and Adopting a Severability Clause. (Oregon West Management, LLC, MA 07-2, RA 07-1 and Z 07-3) City Council President: I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4965, an ordinance amending the Eugene-Springfield Metro Plan Land Use Diagram, River Road – Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan Land Use Diagram, and Eugene Zoning Map. Roll Call Vote 5.ACTION: Crest Drive Community Team Recommended Design for Crest Drive, Storey Boulevard and Friendly Street City Council President: I move to approve the design for Crest Drive, Storey Boulevard and Friendly Street as recommended by the Crest Drive Community Team. Roll Call Vote 6.ACTION: Minimum Sidewalk Width Design Standard for the Crest Drive Area City Council President: Imove to confirm that the sidewalk design standards in the Design Standards and Guidelines for Eugene Streets, Sidewalks, Bikeways and Accessways are appropriate for sidewalks in the area identified as the Crest Drive Area on the Eugene Street Classification Map. Roll Call Vote Alternate Motion City Council President: I move to adopt Resolution 4927concerning sidewalk widths in the Crest Drive area, and amending the City’s design standards and guidelines for Eugene streets sidewalks, bikeways and accessways, the Eugene Arterial & Collector Street Plan, and the Eugene Local Street Plan.
