The subject site is in an EXISTING COMMERCIAL AREA. 1 <br />(Please refer to the graphics while studying the information herein.) <br />a. First - 1987 Planning Context: <br />i. RRSC PLAN - <br />1. Graphic #1 - We are in an existing commercial area. <br />2. Graphic #2 - SUlTounded on 3 sides by conmlercial. <br />11. METRO PLAN - At the time the RRSC Plan was adopted: <br />1. The Santa Clara school site was predominately commercial. <br />2. Graphic #3 - 1987 METRO PLAN Diagram. <br />3. Graphic #4 - 1987 Diagram with tax lots. <br />4. Some 75% of the fOlmer school site was commercial. <br />b. Second - Current Plamling Context: <br />i. Land Use Designations - <br />1. Graphic #5 - A comparison of MDR and Commercial <br />designations in three adjacent areas of Eugene. RRSC is <br />underserved.
