<br /> <br />6.6Reconveyance by Trustee. <br /> Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all <br />sums and other obligations secured hereby have been paid, and upon surrender of this Deed of <br />Trust and the Note to Trustee for cancellation and retention and upon payment by Grantor of <br />Trustee's fees, Trustee shall reconvey to Grantor, or the person or persons legally entitled thereto, <br />without warranty, any portion of the Premises then held hereunder. The recitals in such <br />reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The <br />grantee in any reconveyance may be described as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto." <br />Grantor shall pay for the cost of recording any reconveyance or partial reconveyance(s) of this <br />Deed of Trust, plus a reconveyance fee for each such reconveyance or partial reconveyance as <br />authorized by applicable law. <br /> <br />6.7WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. GRANTOR AND BENEFICIARY HEREBY <br />JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN <br />ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING RELATING TO THIS DEED OF TRUST AND TO <br />ANY OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS, THE OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER OR <br />THEREUNDER, ANY COLLATERAL SECURING THE OBLIGATIONS, OR ANY <br />TRANSACTION ARISING THEREFROM OR CONNECTED THERETO.
