<br />In response to a question form Ms. Bettman, Ms. Holmes explained that the Cost of Living Allowance <br />(COLA) increase was given automatically in the summer. <br /> <br />The amendment passed, 4:3; Ms. Ortiz, Ms. Taylor, and Ms. Bettman voting in opposition. <br /> <br />The motion, as amended, passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Zelenka asked when the other employee evaluations would be undertaken.
