<br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT D <br /> <br />M I N U T E S <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br />Eugene Planning Commission <br />Council Chamber—Eugene City Hall—777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br /> May 21, 2008 <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: Randy Hledik, President; Phillip Carroll, Vice President; Heidi Beierle, Ann <br />Kneeland, Phillip Carroll, Anthony McCown, Richard Duncan, John Lawless, <br />members; Alissa Hansen, Lisa Gardner, Steve Nystrom, Planning and <br />Development Department. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Hledik convened the Eugene Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. Planning Commission <br />members and staff introduced themselves, and expressed the appreciation of the Planning <br />Commission and the community’s interest in this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Hledik said the Planning Commission would conduct a public hearing to solicit public input <br />regarding the Minor Lane Use Code Amendments (MCA). He reminded all in attendance that the <br />Planning Commission would not be taking action on the MCA that evening, but that the Planning <br />Commission would be meeting June 2, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to consider making <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the MCA. <br /> <br /> <br />I.
