Subject to any <br />applicable development permits, the following uses are the only uses <br />permitted outright within the /WQ Management Area: <br /> (c) Maintenance, Repair and Reconstruction Activities <br />6. Maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of a fence that was <br />legally established prior (the effective of this ordinance) provided <br />that for any reconstruction it occurs in the same location and to <br /> <br />the same dimensions as the pre-existing fence. <br /> <br /> <br />
