MINUTES <br /> <br /> Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations <br /> McNutt Room--Eugene City Hall <br /> <br /> January 4, 2004 <br /> Noon <br /> <br />PRESENT: Gary Pap~, Betty Taylor, Bonny Bettman, members; Jason Heuser, Mary Walston, Kelly <br /> Brooks, Lisa Klemp, City Manager's Office; Eric Jones, Public Works Department. <br /> <br />1. Call to Order and Review Agenda <br /> <br />Mr. Heuser called the meeting of the Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (CCIGR) to order. <br /> <br />2. Elect Chair <br /> <br />Ms. Bettman, seconded by Ms. Taylor, moved to elect Mr. Pap~ as chair of the committee. The motion <br />passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Pap~, the sole continuing member of the committee, indicated he had no objection to the minutes. <br /> <br />The committee directed staff to provide copies of the final minutes of November 10, 2004, to former <br />members David Kelly and Scott Meisner as a courtesy. <br /> <br />4. Set Regular Time and Meeting Date <br /> <br />The committee established regular weekly meeting dates commencing at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25. <br /> <br />5. Determine Contact Information for Councilors <br /> <br />Mr. Heuser indicated he would provide all contact numbers to the council and asked the council to provide <br />him with contact numbers. <br /> <br />Mr. Heuser said that Ms. Klemp would be based in Eugene during the session, except for the last three <br />weeks when she would be in Salem to track last-minute notice of hearings. He said he would also provide <br />the committee members with a map showing the location of parking at the State Capitol in Salem, general <br />directions to State buildings, and the location of the train station. <br /> <br />Mr. Heuser said he would notify the committee when City Hall Day occurred. <br /> <br />MINUTES--Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations January 4, 2005 Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
