2. Intersections of alleys, and intersections of alleys with <br /> streets. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the <br />City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, <br />amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 32 of the Eugene Charter of <br />2002, pursuant to Section 39 of that Charter, the amendments to Section 7.175 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, as provided in this Ordinance, shall become effective six months <br />from the date of its passage by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of the <br />City Council.
