G.34 Service providers will update capital improvement programming (planning, <br /> programming, and budgeting for service extension) regularly for those portions of the <br /> UGB where the full range of key urban services and facilities is not available. <br /> <br />G.35 Require development to pay the cost, as determined by the local jurisdiction, of extending <br /> urban services and facilities.
