(l) Sand a~d Gravel Operations Managemc~t Plan for the Heronry shall be filed with Lane Cotmty, requiting a vegetative, natural resource buffer and a 1000 foot operational bu ['fer. (2) The x'egetative, natural resource buffer area is comprised of the existing vegetated area sun~ounding the heronry, bounded on the east by the gPA easement, on the south by the old haul road, va~d on the north and west by fl~e Willamette River. Within this area, no recreational uses sh~dl be allowed, and existing vegetation shall not be purposely removed.
