(l) Sand a~d Gravel Operations Managemc~t Plan for the Heronry shall be <br /> filed with Lane Cotmty, requiting a vegetative, natural resource buffer and <br /> a 1000 foot operational bu ['fer. <br /> <br /> (2) The x'egetative, natural resource buffer area is comprised of the existing <br /> vegetated area sun~ounding the heronry, bounded on the east by the gPA <br /> easement, on the south by the old haul road, va~d on the north and west by <br /> fl~e Willamette River. Within this area, no recreational uses sh~dl be <br /> allowed, and existing vegetation shall not be purposely removed. <br /> <br /> (3) The 1000 [bet operational buffer m'ea shall extend outwm'd 1000 feet from <br /> t:he outermost--~estha~reor-stop-p~g~o4he north at the Willame~ Pdver~ <br /> Be~'cen February 1 and July 15, operational restrictions shall bc in effect <br /> withfli this men.
