Copies are on file at LCOG and the planning offices of Eugene, <br />Springfield, and Lane County. As explained in Chapter H-g_G, the UGB. urban growth bmmdary <br />was developed considering the seven factors in LCDC Statewide Planning Goal 14: <br />Urbanization.
