5. Impact Approval Would Have on the Supply of Residential Land <br /> <br />The record indicates that there are currently three residences on the subject property. <br />Presumably all three would eventually be removed if the application for a quarry <br />expansion were approved for this site. <br /> <br />The subject property is located outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). It is <br />currently designated by the Metro Plan for “Agricultural” land use and is zoned by Lane <br />County as “E30/Exclusive Farm Use (LC 16.212)”. There would currently be little <br />opportunity for providing any additional residences on this. <br /> <br />Because this property is located outside the UGB, it was not included in Eugene’s last <br />adopted residential lands inventory. <br /> <br />Therefore, there is no significant impact to the supply of residential land if the application <br />were approved. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> No change to the draft findings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
