The details of planning, design, impacts and potential benefits and construction cost would <br />be addressed through a future feasibility study. Any associated rerouting of the downtown <br />shuttle would be addressed by the study. Adoption of the CATS document itself would not <br />pre-approve the construction of the project; it only identifies the project as one needing <br />further study. <br /> <br />The Eugene Planning Commission on October 27, 2003 modified the Proposed <br />Implementation Strategy Z3 in the Draft 2003 CATS to delete second sentence of the <br />discussion as follows: <br /> <br />"Discussion: A future Breeze shuttle route will lil~ely be considered within the next five to <br />ten years. A y ............................ 6..~-. .... ~ .............................. ~ ~. <br />.... · ; ..... ,; .... r.. ,~. ....... a, ...... ~-""~- The addition of a second shuttle couM affect <br />transit routing within the downtown arem..
