Section 5. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on May
<br />3, 2004, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated July 19,
<br />2004, as bounded and described as follows:

<br /> Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of
<br /> River Road, north of Freemont Avenue, east of Hemlock Street,
<br /> south of Armstrong Avenue, west of Maywood Street, and more
<br /> particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and
<br /> incorporated herein by reference (Higgins, EC EU 04-21)

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation
<br />District, effective July 1, 2005.

<br />24, 2004, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated July
<br />19, 2004, as bounded and described as follows:

<br /> Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, east of
<br /> River Road, north of Owosso Drive and Carolyn Drive, and more
<br /> particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and
<br /> incorporated herein by reference (Hill, EC EU 04-24)

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation
<br />District, effective July 1, 2005.
