Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of section~l shall upon conviction thereof in the City Recorder's <br />Court, be punished by a fine not exceeding X200.00, and in the default of the <br />payment of such fine may be imprisoned in the city jail one day for each X2.00 <br />of the fine unpa id. <br />Section 3.
